The Hedgehog

And here I thought no movie would fuck me up like Eternal sunshine but here the fuck we are.  The topic at hand in this film shouldn’t have been dealt or portrayed as whimsically as it was, but alas it is a French film and well they’re known for their whimsy.  I heavily related to Paloma, which is concerning, but hey what’s a little existential dread and wanting to Yanno themselves right? Anwyays, this was a sublime experience to say the least. I’m not one for movies with subtitles but OH MY GOD this kept me glued to the screen. Like I even returned to scenes where I missed subtitles. So it’s safe to say it’s one of my absolute favourites as of today, this moment.  Ps I just found out that it’s based on a book so imma scour the internet for that and hurt myself even more reading it.
