First Spike Lee joint I caught in theaters and I had a blast with it. The plot is a little goofy at times and flows a little strangely, but it sort’ve lends itself to the unnerving situation that unfolds. A$AP Rocky was solid, but could be better with a little more subtlety. Denzel was Denzel, which is to say he was great. Whole thing reminded me to go back and start going through Spike’s filmography.  Also holy shit it’s Jensen McRae.
