The Fall

“You should ask someone else. There's no happy ending with me!” awww this movie left me with a mix of emotions 🥹 like there’s joy, sadness, and annoyance, it had it all. imo, the plot was light (mid) but still easy to follow, and the cinematography was truly epic! and the line between reality and fantasy between Roy and Alexandria was also very clear. also there were some parts that i found quite relatable! Roy Walker (played by Lee Pace), a stuntman recovering from a serious injury in a 1920s hospital who befriends Alexandria (played by Catinca Untaru), a young girl with a broken arm and a wild sense of curiosity. to win her trust, he tried to manipulate her into helping him and he spins an epic fantasy tale about five heroes seeking revenge on a tyrant. this movie shifts as Alexandria fights to pull Roy away from his hopelessness to their healing phase i love how every location looks unreal and gorgeous collision of imagination, pain, and storytelling as a survival instinct. it’s overwhelming in the softest way possible 😌🫶🏻🌟 — — — BTW LEE PACE ERA FILM INI GANTENG BGT COK GILAAAA (oh ga heran makanya fathin ngajakin gweh nonton nii film, tw aje selera gweh 👩🏻‍🦯🫰🏻)
