Samurai Champloo
Rewatched the first couple episodes with my friends tonight as they've never seen it before. Damn it's great how they don't know how good this anime actually gets and how well developed all three characters become. Not to mention everything else that has to do with this masterpiece.
Rewatching and relistening to the music when the anime plays felt weirdly strange because I always put on the Samurai Champloo OST in the background when I study. Watching the flow of the music with the fight scenes and how each track was created for each little specific scene for ambiance and how it fits so perfectly is just mind blowing by the amount of effort out into the collaboration between Watanabe, Nujabes, and Fat Jon.
It's things like that that make this the greatest Anime Soundtrack of all time and easily my favorite Anime of all Time.
Please please watch this. Amazing music, badass Samurai, and violence. What more can you ask for.
