This was better than I thought it was going to be. It was insanely weird in the best way possible, the cast and writing were really well done. I love Linklater rotoscoped films, this and Apollo 10 1/2 were both amazing and very visually interesting.

I really love a film that’s able to make you feel nostalgia for a time or place you’ve never experienced. This was the first film I’ve seen fully done with rotoscoping and it was beautiful, definitely one of the better looking films I’ve seen recently. I was entertained from the beginning to the end and it never once felt dull or like it was dragging at all, this is a really fun film that I feel I could watch any time of any day, which I could probably say about every Linklater film.

This really just filled me with joy, what a truly wonderful film. I will always say that the best films are about different people and their everyday life experiences. Everyone can probably relate to at least one of the characters in this film, probably my favorite Linklater I’ve seen, instantly going into my top 20. I don’t really know exactly what to say, I just absolutely loved everything about this.
