Very remarkable. Something that I plan to watch time and time again to pick up on everything its saying, and even then, I don't think I'll ever fully grasp everything. It's elusive, but made me think a lot about memory, how its preserved, how its collectivized, how its manipulated through different forms of media, and how even when unmanipulated, the only way in which we remember is through the media that preserved it, leaving many of our memories/histories of the world incomplete, left to the perspectives of those who choose to create. In a way, they are the ones with the most power in the world. Maybe not while they live, but certainly in the years beyond their creations. I wonder how this will live in my memory. How will I remember an attempt to remember? There are many other profundities here regarding politics, human nature, death, and media here that I want to think about more, but will need multiple rewatches to grasp as well as I have the memory ideas (although I expect to uncover more of that too). Expecting and hoping to delve back into this sooner rather than later. I hope to make something like this one day.
