Fifty years after its premiere, this film still hasn’t aged — and in my opinion, it never will. The way it so brilliantly and accurately portrayed how the media operates will be passed down from generation to generation, as a reminder of what television really looks like behind its less colorful facade.
An incredible screenplay with OUTSTANDING, and iconic monologues, masterful direction, and virtually the entire cast delivering performances of a lifetime. One of the best-acted films I have ever seen.
