This was awesome. Really creepy, foreboding, and well made. One of those horror movies that relies on someone doing the worst possible thing at every turn though, I wish that the plot could have moved forward without unnecessarily stupid decision making from the characters, but none the less this was a pretty great legitimately scary movie. Agnes was just kinda fuckin around in this one. Very avant garde, lots of turkeys on tables. Format: streaming (criterion channel)

Better the second time. I still don’t love the movie setup as compared to the book, but I fully understand why you’d need to condense it. The movie really does NAIL the Rocky relationship, which is the most important anyway. Making him a puppet is such a great call, he’s expressive and believable and Ryan Gosling can give a much stronger performance because of it. Format: streaming

One of the worst things Disneys ever done. The way the joy just drained from my 3.5 year old son watching this…well at least he might actively like Buzz less than he did before watching. They should have screened this for actual children, they would have known this should have never been released. Format: streaming
