Moneyball

Today sitting down to lunch I originally opted out of watching an episode of the Dragon, because "I want to watch something short." And then beside me I hear "Moneyball?(what's that)". Visible on the TV is a string of movies from a streaming service, and something was intriguing. My monkeybrain says "oh hell yeah" and I promptly start the movie. It's not short, so maybe we'll just start it and see. We hit a commercial about 10 minutes in. I ask, "What do you think so far?" (Hoping it's positive, because I now pf course want to watch the whole thing.) - "I like it, It's interesting." I leave the streaming service, grab my physical copy and play the rest of the movie, free from interruptions. I love this movie. I'm not even a baseball fan. I am a sports fan. How can you not be romantic about baseball, about sports. Great actors, great performances, great story, Great great great. Absolutely rewatchable, always recommended. In a time when I'm usually choosing a movie based on runtime (90-100mins), I will still always gladly make time to watch this one.
