i think everyone who watches this movie leaves wanting to see the pacific in Zihuatanejo.

Watching The Elephant Man made me feel strangely maternal toward Joseph Merrick. Beneath all the cruelty all I wanted was for him to be protected and loved. The film doesn’t just make you pity Merrick  it makes you care for him. And that’s what stayed with me long after it ended.
