Could make an awesome drinking game around how many times the main character mentions her "Gram". You would be blackout by the meet-cute.

The only thing worse than an annoying child in Hallmark movies are annoying Grandparents, and this movie has annoying old people in spades.

Saccharine and sappy Hallmark movies are the worst Hallmark movies. Thank god for Andrew Walker, the Adonis, for bringing *SOMETHING* to this interminable slog. He's just so hunky that even a cis-gender straight man, like myself, swoon any time he's on screen.

Pretty paint-by-numbers, garden variety music film stuff here. All the plot points feel like they were written in a high school Creative Writing course, right down to the unearned and labored suicide.
