Silence

I want to say so much but at the same time I feel that I don’t have the right words at the moment, so I won’t comment on the film from a thematic standpoint, but this movie does so many things in a perfect way. Even though it is so harsh and graphic in demonstrating suffering; the scenery, the sounds, the cinematography, all made me feel a sense of awe while watching. I feel touched by this movie, but I still can’t pinpoint why, so I know that I will be doing a lot of thinking trying to digest the message the movie conveys, but this for sure is another movie that instead of giving me the feel of watching a movie, made me feel like I was experiencing something greater.  Even if you are uncertain of your beliefs, as I am myself, there is a lot to be learned about faith, life and love. I thank the TheFilmPope for recommending it to me in order to grow on my spiritual journey.
