So one thing to know about me is I love the Olympics. I got the Criterion Olympic films collection and decided to watch from most recently to earlier films.  Now on to this specific film, here’s the thing, I like that it features the Vancouver Games and gives you some good footage from the games. But I feel like it doesn’t give you a good idea of what it was like to be there. It rather picks a few sports and athletes and features them. I’m not sure how the other Olympic documentaries are, but I would have preferred more or less a highlight reel of the major events of each day.Also how absolutely insane is it that Petra Majdic won a bronze metal with 5 broken ribs and a collapsed lung. I just want to know what all those athletes that she beat felt.
