Atonement

Maybe 4.5 stars is too high but anything below a 4 is madness. I decided to watch this because of Keira Knightley, not knowing really what this film was about. Holy shit this was devastating, tragic and in some ways beautiful. The acting performances from the whole cast was amazing, the cinematography and story was fucking intense and deep man. Now, Briony fucked up. She really fucked up and honestly deserves all hate as it is incredibly justified. But, Doctor Strange over here was the real culprit and despite being Doctor Strange, he didn't fix anything so basically both deserve all hate but he deserves a little bit more. Also, I knew there was something weird about him from the start. It just took a horrendous act for me assumption to be correct.
