Perfect Blue

There were times where I was convinced I fully understood what was going on, then something would happen and I was completely befuddled again. I’ve been befuddled for a while now after it’s ended.  This sounds crazy but I think I’d have preferred a darker ending then one that gives hope but then again maybe that’d have been too much and I don’t know what I’m talking about.
