Zoolander
Zoolander is basically a movie that pretends to be dumb while secretly poking the fashion industry in the eye. It talks about male beauty standards, fame, and being exploited—except it does it through a guy who thinks his face can solve all problems.
The movie makes fun of toxic masculinity by turning it into poses like Blue Steel and Magnum—perfect faces with absolutely nothing behind them. It’s like those looks-obsessed people on social media who think being attractive is a personality. Everyone loves the idea of being really, really good looking, but no one talks about how empty and ridiculous it can be.
anyway one of my favorites 10/10
