The Shining

Out of all the crazy things in this film, the fucking location, the performances, the music, that whole bleak ambiance; out of all of this what strikes me the most is, the camera work, the goddamn camera work is out of this world, it really ties the whole thing together.  We’re moving with the camera with the characters scared of what might be waiting for us around the corner of the hallway, behind the door, scared that in the maze we might see Jack catching Danny… If anyone thinks this film is meh : fuck your bitch ass I will start running behind my homies shouting « Danny Boooyyyyy »
