Incendies

Tragic, devastating and really powerful.  Potential massive spoiler depending on what you consider a spoiler so be warned but it reminded me so much of The Salesman by Farhadi, highly recommend to watch both that and this. Guessed the big twist halfway through only because everyone talks about how crazy it is so I was paying very close attention. Was still at the edge of my seat heart beating fast as it was being revealed though, the twist is as crazy as people make it seem to be, on the same level or even more as Oldboy's. It's slower paced and bits of information is shown here and there that feeds towards the big reveal, that's why it really felt like I was watching Farhadi and not Villeneuve. Villeneuve and Nolan are the two directors I can trust will keep making only bangers, I need to watch more of their previous work, Arrival you're next I've heard a lot about you.
