28 Days Later

This movie cannot be made again, not because of “oh its literally 28 days later,” but because the whole skyline of London is changed. Sure, you can remove the buildings that were made after 2003 with cgi, but that’s not really good. Also it cannot be made again because of the cinematography (MiniDV format), it was used to make it feel raw and more amateur/homemade rather than a professional movie, but now if you want to make a movie feel amateur/homemade you are gonna definitely use a phone, but phone cameras now are so good, that theyre used in professional movies, so the whole magic of “home video” feeling is gone.
