Paranoia Agent

With Paranoia Agent, Satoshi Kon proves that besides movies, he is also capable of directing a mind bending, philosophical, and beautifully abstract anime show as well. And when I say “abstract”, I really mean it, because out of all of Satoshi Kon’s creations, this one is probably the weirdest in terms of themes explored, imagery shown, and paths in the story take. All of this, however, further pushes this show from being your average action/mystery affair, and into something truly different and worthy of paying attention to.
