Funny how some films seem to find you at the perfect time, just when you need them the most. I knew 10 minutes in when the Come As You Are needle drop happened that this was going to be one of my top films of the year, but I didn’t expect how much it was going to mean to me by the end at just the first viewing. Luca Guadagnino is such a gift.
