Missed that it was based on real events and got into it thinking it was a comedy got lowkey surprised

Had some trouble getting hooked but god damn this movie was good (anything to see George MacKay miserable)

I wasn’t expecting that SS father would be accepting but damn that’s a whole new level there Also they should’ve made more effort with the American soldiers the inaccuracy literally took me out so bad

This might be **THE** movie tbh (and I just kept crying every time there was even such of a reference to Cpl. Blake I got so attached omg)
