Predictable but still a compelling story

My first French movie! The cinematography is so stunning, especially the scene where Florence is just roaming the roads of Paris, the shots and score are able to covey her feeling of dread so well as she searches everywhere for her lover. The score is fantastic, I was very surprised to know this movie was scored by Miles Davis, but I guess that explains why it's so amazing. Its a very compelling story that keeps you hooked all the way through! The French are so dramatic and you gotta love it!

> *Hi, Mom and Dad, it's me, Christine. It's the name you gave me. It's a good one. Dad, this is more for Mom. Hey, Mom, did you feel emotional the first time that you drove in Sacramento? I did and I wanted to tell you, but we weren't really talking when it happened. All those bends I've known my whole life, and stores, and the whole thing. But I wanted to tell you I love you. Thank you, I'm... thank you.* I think this movie is probably the one who was able to convey the feeling of being a teenager the best.
