Lets get the easy stuff out of the way: The Directing, Writing and Especially the Editing is at a level rarely matched in the medium of film. All the performances are solid at minimum, and Kevin Costner puts together some of the best acting ive ever seen, especially with his line-delivery. This movie is longer than 3 hours, but it passes me by so quickly, and gives me adrenaline like no other film, even when rewatching. The Last 50 minutes of the film, taking place during a trial, is honestly beyond perfection in every way possible. The editing is fast paced, intense, and overall manages to make 50 minutes feel like 10. And combined with the brilliant writing, direction and Intense performance by Costner, it gives me shivers every single time, and does not stop. Fucking hell, i could rant about this film for hours, but to keep it short and sweet: This film gives me hope.
