"Rashomon," aside from its influence on cinema, is simply brilliant. The comedy is effective, the acting is surprisingly decent, the cinematography at times is down right beautiful and the themes remain relevant even today.
Despite the film being 76 years old, I believe anyone interested in cinema should sit down and watch these 86 minutes of pure pleasure.
