Nosferatu
I managed to watch a remastered version of this film, and although I am not a fan of Silent Films, I found this one exceptional, as its ground breaking cinematography and camerawork would lay the foundation for some of my favorite films in the decades to come. This was truly a revolutionary film of its time, not just in terms of how it was shot with different colors depending on the mood, but in terms of the score, the story, and the characters. While it may not be as engaging as other films that will come after it, it most definitely set the stage for film from that point on. Thank you, F.W. Murnau.
