Sinners

It sounds weird but I’m rating this the same as the Minecraft movie. Did I enjoy the movie? Yes. Is it the kind of movie I would usually enjoy? Probably not. That is part of why it gets 5 stars. It is a very intense movie that I think will make rewatching it hard, however, it’s fantastic. The acting is all very very good especially Michael B. Jordan, Delroy Lindo and Miles Caton. Granted I couldn’t tell what they were saying part of the time but I think that made it more immersive. Ryan Coogler is a freak and is joining my list of directors I will watch no matter what along with Nolan and Guy Ritchie. Great film. Side note: IMAX is so much better than any other way to watch a movie.
