Suspiria
It’s been a few years since I watched this and worried my memory and love would be a little hazy but my god does it hold up, the choreography, the effects, the acting especially Tilda Swinton’s three part performance of Blanc, Klemperer and Markos is unbelievably impressive (not to mention that insane old man prosthetic in her role as the doctor is just insane), the choreography and of course the music by York are all amazing it’s this insane surreal downward spiral of madness that just traps me at no point dragging for its quite long run time. Must say the visual of expressionist dancing as a form of ritual is just so unbelievably cool.
