Empty Socks

This is Disney's eighth Oswald short film and his first Christmas themed short film. It was a LOST DIsney film until 2014 when a nearly complete copy (missing 30 seconds) was found in a Norwegian Library. The film features Oswald dressing up as Santa Claus to deliver presents to an orphanage. The same concept was later reused (after he lost Oswald when his company was bought out) by Disney in the Mickey Short film Mickey's Orphans (1931) Released December 12, 1927.
