This 1965 wordless film by Satyajit Ray is a parable and in its twelve minutes teaches us a lesson about life and living. The rich kid has all the "best" toys and the expensive things to play with. The poor kid has very little. But the poor kid is outside having fun, smiling, and enjoying life. The rich kid only wants to have the better stuff and can not find any joy. The lesson: Happiness does not come from having the best toys.
