Memento
I knew this movie is something mind-twisting when it was only 14 minutes into the movie and I think its already quite a lot of plot progression to take in, at least for me.
Making the sequence backwards into revealing what's the process of how he obtain his own information and polaroid pics is the cool concept, although could be confusing. But yeah, that's the point isn't it? We're unraveling a mystery along with him the entire time. But we see him as the mystery, the flashbacks were meant for us and he sees/believe John G as his mission (Or mystery, prior) hence the present day scenes.
The plot of him suffering a condition regarding memory ability is good. Executed very well. Very fresh movie plot at the time. The final twist is even better.
