Love Lies Bleeding

I was absolutely loving this film. The drama, the tension, the characters. I loved Lou and Jackie, their chemistry was great, and there were twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat.. I was getting ready to give this a five star review. Then THAT happened at the end, and frankly I have no idea how the fuck that got past the storyboard phase. Such an odd choice for such a grounded feeling thriller than put a massive sour spot on the entire film. The first 95% was phenomenal though, I just have to try and block the beyond stupid ending from my mind.
