Angel's Egg

how on earth is this 70 minute film so packed with symbolism (which im not even trying to pretend i understood yet), a dark and chilling atmosphere which felt like a dream, a beautiful yet mysterious score and world building that made me feel like i couldve watched this for hours and hours eventhough the film is pretty slow? its one of those worlds you desperately want to explore and understand more. also this has some of the most breathtaking illustrations i have ever seen. truly a masterpiece.
