Persona

Hooptober 11/31 I'm definitely confused and irritated but this was such an experience! Ingmar Bergman's ''Persona'' feels super intimate, maybe the most intimate feeling film ive seen so far, and i know its not really categorized as horror but it definitely feels disturbing thanks to the usage of sound and those really abrupt cuts. (and the opening scene like what the hell?) The cinematography, this theme of existentialism and exploring the human psyche go just so well together here. Plus, Bibi Andersson and Liv Ullmann are almost perfect in this.
