Briony, she cannot atone for his sins directly, so she made a novel, based on her lifelong regrets, to be atonement for her sins. She made her sister and robbie  can’t live life together, the life that they wait for so so long, she is a coward who regrets. this film show us, how important comunication is, how important to not distrupt someone relationship, and to relize regret will come. My eyes flooded with tears while i watch it.. “but effect of all this honesty was rather the pitiless, i couldn’t any longer imagine what purpose would serve by it”
