Even if it's Jax the movie it did something with Jax that none of the previous episodes did, make you fully understand why he's so insufferable. Like we kinda knew why ofc, egg theory has been a thing for a while but it had to be shown to the viewers to be truly something you could empathize with. Also I had to take down a star because I don't really like Jax and I think they could have developed more into other characters. At some point everything in this series started to be written around Jax when we know damn well the protagonist is Pomni.

OK SO I JUST WATCHED IT AND IT WAS PRETTY COOL. Kane Pixels is really good at this. While I knew about him from his Backrooms series, my favorite work of his is "The Oldest View" And I think this movie really felt more like that.
