**(Fall Watchlist 13/30)** Jesus, I totally forgot how batshit insane this ending is. 2 hours of suspense and build up leads to the most horrifying sequences of events.

A lot I can’t like here, cringey needle drops and slow-mos just aren’t my thing. Zazie Beetz is good, but a movie with no true plot and mindless action can only keep one engaged for so long.

A chaotic smorgasbord of genres clashing against each other. Some scenes work for me and theyre fun, then the next is dull and boring. It feels as if they couldn’t make up their mind if they wanted to create this experimental retailing of Bride of Frankenstein, but at the same time wanted to conserve a general format as to not lose general audiences. Had the movie kept the experimental tone of crude humor and even included more musical elements, I would’ve enjoyed it more.
