it was a bothering and appalling watch at the first act, then it had substance on its second act. i love how the film transitioned from a self-centered, ludicrous narrative to a philosophical, widsomful story. a human and a creature. by the words of elizabeth, truly, “purer than the common man”. writing is great, could use some improvements on the camera work, and sound design. but all in all, i enjoyed the film :)

didn’t really thought that this film would send me straight to an existential crisis for a gangster theme but okay de niro and pacino were great on this. missed them big time on screen
