Her

It took me years to finally watch this film, but it was well worth the wait. This movie encapsulated loneliness in a way that’s sort of calming. Mr. Phoenix couldn’t have played a better role, and the voice of Scarlett Johansson was near perfect. Her voice with the calming undertones, and almost whisper like demeanor made the movie for me. Her demeanor was almost what a perfect partner, for Theodore at least, should be. A calming, listening, and enchanting being. (In her own way). I felt this movie dragged a little in the middle, but all came together at the end, when Theo learned what he wanted and needed, and maybe how he could find that in a human body. His neighbor, I forget her name, is almost a human form of Samantha, which tied the movie together nicely. I rate this a 4/5, and would watch it again.
