Fabulously unsettling and unnerving all-throughout with incredible acoustics. Watching this with headphones is a necessity, as the bulk of its horror is auditory. Listening to them progress through the audio files was eerie, especially the reversed portions; coupled with a tense atmosphere and superb cinematography, this constitutes one of the most disquieting horror movies I've had the privilege of watching. That said, I suppose there was too strong an emphasis on passive horror, thus unfortunately barring traditional jump scares.
