Chainsaw Man

I wasn't fully convinced at first, but Chainsaw Man not only has great animation, music and acting, but it also presents a well written story in which the characters are distinct and moved by their objectives —it's up to you to decide if those are noble or not, but as Denji said, what gives you the right to look down on others goals?—. And with a good foundation of memorable characters, the demons and their challenges make up for a sensational series.
