Arrival
i genuinely believe that everyone should see this movie.
i've already been down the time is just another dimension rabbit hole several times. i've also been the victim of pre-processing grief in the hopes that it does not become too debilitating in the future. therefore, it is fully understandable that this movie struck several foundational nerves within my heart and mind.
i have been living as if i am already on the plane of existence wherein the past, present, and future coexist simultaneously. although it has had some positive effects on how i carry myself and how i strive for my goals, it has also unfortunately caused me to feel the echoes of lost loved ones way too early. it's a nice reminder that i don't always have to think and feel on that level because at the end of the day, time is on my side. it allows me to experience whatever show i feel like is about/supposed to happen. time allows me to live day by day and cling on to whatever light i see in the future to keep me going; and use whatever darkness i see to remind myself to make the most out of every day.
i have felt/feel/will feel this movie deeply or rather... circle with pointy side curve protruding upwards and splotch on bottom left hand side with small open notch below it.
