Minority Report
Good movie that explores what if you can see any crime that happens and do something about it. There is a level of both predeterminism and free will mixed in to the premise along with the question of whether you should be pushed for a crime that you in the future committed, though there is real life examples of that. The ultimate flaw for precrime was humans and the characters belief in what was seen to happen in the future. Though it did work throught the movie the biggest horror was how much of a capitalist police state the USA was in 2054.
