this is a movie you have to rewatch if you didnt already get the feeling that you have to after finishing it. so i rewatched it and i understand so muc more. still i have some questions though like whats going on with olive. henry says they put her down when he was 12 but shes in a photo with them and hes clearly not 12 there. and also olive bites sam? why or is there not a meaning to this stuff. also beth talking about the kissing game thing? why was that added. im asking because henry made this all up and we know this for sure, he used his memories and the people around him to make the whole movie up so what does this mean. same with the thing about jim o'shea or something. im reading the script and lila is even more harsh with it "clearly that professor wants to fuck henry letham" im thinking it might just be henrys perception of the professor but its still a little crazy to me. i think sam and lila are meant to mirror/be parallels of athena and henry because henry doesnt know either of them so most of their interactions make sense minus the "take off your clothes" thing. because where did he get that from too.

i was so beautifully confused. they really seriously make you feel like youre going crazy with this one like holy crap. henry crying in the damn strip club really got me and im not too sure what any of it means still but its just great. i love this movie i wanna watch it again. henry letham i get you man. and the cinematography man thats just so great its mainly blues and greens its just perfect i dont really get how it gets bad ratings. hamlet is in this too which means it was made for me

originally was watching this in social studies but i started to love it so much i had to watch it at home. and bro before i finished it i was reading reviews and why is EVERYONE glazing ryan gosling in this movie you can tell hes trying really hard to be on screen at all times and he does not need to be doing that. also the reviews talking about some "this ended racism" arent funny. i get what you mean in a way but its not funny bro. anyway this is an amazing fucking movie i love the parallels between characters and things. and also the songs are great not just the famous one either. i was actually crying so bad when they said "he only wants to see you julius" and the whole brother thing. its just so great i cant even put it into words. not corny or trying too hard at all minus ryan gosling who is pretty cute but just over glazed

this is batshit insane. so beautiful but definitely insane. its really crazy how fletcher believes he did nothing wrong in the scene at the club but also how andrew goes back to fletcher. i understand the hype for this movie but i know for a fact a lot of people dont understand this. maybe i dont even understand it but i can tell its a whole lot deeper than it seems. im suprised andrew didnt end up like sean or whatever
