Sinners

i regret waiting so long to see this movie. i tried a couple times before, but when this movie picked up, it really picked up. i live how the aspect ratio changes, and i really like sammy as a charachter. he's not the main charachter but he is pretty endearing to me. imagine being so talented you reach out to everyone's ancestors and predecessors and bring them together. sammy goes back to the church. smoke goes back to his family and stack lives out his "life" with mary. i really enjoy how all of their lives panned out. i'm not super knowledgable on vampire lore, but i think these ones are especially intresting. i kind of assumed that they were being mind controlled the whole time and when they killed remmick they were set free. either way it's interesting stuff. the one thing that stood out to me, ignoring all the accents and the colours and the music and the dancing was the relationship between the brothers. i really felt the love. micheal b jordan did an amazing job with them.
