Watching this pop culture obsessed bloke who owns a record shop struggle to realise why he can’t sustain a relationship connected with me a lot more than I would’ve ever expected it to. I felt a lot of things during this whole film like I felt really pissed off when I gradually found out this guy was an asshole but yknow a lot of funny moments in this movie as well I mean Jack black is always funny. But yeah I mean this is a really good watch, it’s full of the right levels of emotional references and lots of intelligent humour and the cherry on top was all the music references and album covers that had me acting like the leonardo dicaprio meme.
