World on a Wire
It’s long, it’s a lot, it throws everything at the wall in its crazy colour schemes, reflections, dynamic angles, prop framing, 70s futurism in the sets, the occasional jarring cut, and swishy camerawork, but this intriguing and paranoid precursor to Total Recall and The Matrix succeeds in stirring you up into its bonkers dream.
Geezer looks like Jack Nicholson and hams it just enough too.
It’s bonkers.
