*"THEN YOU ARE THE FREAK, AND YOU MUST BE SICK!!!"* Theres something so deeply saddening about this film in a very chilling way if that makes any sense. It really does the whole "mock kiddie show" thing in a way ive never seen before and that makes it absolutely fucking amazing. i feel like the execution is unique, the costumes are unique, etc. Something about a traumatized kiddie show host is the greatest idea ever to me. Escapism, that whole thing. The gore and special effects are fucked up and actually managed to make me a little squeamish in one or two parts. I don't know how I didn't see this before ran told me about it.

missed a few elements but other than that i loved the effects and it was kind of sexy

i think that minions & monsters is probably my favorite film in the minions/despicable me series....i think theres really a message here with the whole idea of creativity and filmmaking and inspiring the younger generation, yeah? i also like to think that the working for hollywood was a fill in/excuse for not making the minions work for hitler. dort was close enough. my favorites are the director, the little green thing, and dort.
