Chungking Express

“If memories could be canned, would they also have expiry dates?” This is my first time watching a Wong Kar-Wai film and I can say that I was not disappointed. It's unique to discover these types of films where it feels eerie and dreamy. It's like watching a dream. The style was very unique. The cinematography was great. I liked how they used mirrors to capture different ideas and I loved the parts where they used step printing. It was perfectly used in this film. This really captures the beauty and vibrancy of Hong Kong. I loved that It has a bit of action in the movie and tells a story about the characters.
