Before Midnight
It took me days to finish this movie. Since the very first second I was... yk, estranged, let's say. Jesse talking with his son. Why? Why is he doing here? Then it got even more uncomfortable when the twins and the people started to appear. Why? The discussions, the tension... I stopped the movie and today i finally I got the strength to finish it.
It's hard to explains my feelings. And I guess the reason I was so scared and shocked about the movie its bc i knew it was going to be something I don't like it. Real life. My perfect love, my ideal love, is the first 2 movies, two of us, only us, the world is a blurry and non important object and there's only us. Here, there's the world and the ppl and time. Gosh, time. And just. Idk. Damn.
It was painful and after hit me so hard they gave me this tender and ambiguous end... in the real world, we can't be only the two of us and in the real world we have fights and people and in the real world... you have sadness but also hope and everything can be solved.
If you want love, then this is it. This is real life. It's not perfect but it's real.
I love it. The 2 whole movies. They are perfect and just... idk. It taught me something of myself: I prefer my own world and my love is completely selfish and maybe that's why I will never be able to love right. It's alright.
Like sunlight, sunset, we appear, we disappear. We are so important to some, but we are just passing through.
i dont like the real life.
I am giving you my whole life ok? I got nothing larger to give, I'm not giving it to anybody else. If you're looking for permission to disqualify me, I'm not gonna give it to you.
